There is an opportunity to organize a group trip to the Chevron Houston Marathon and Aramco Houston Half Marathon for those in the Dallas area for January 16-17, 2010. There are two components to the trip, and you can select one or the other - you don't have to do both...
There is a block of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Express (1810 Bell St) located a couple blocks from the race site, and it's a hotel with a very reasonable room rate! The rate is $144, which comes to $167 with tax. It is one of the closest and least expensive hotels there in downtown!
